Kristie Fischer received her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2009. During law school, Ms. Fischer competed on a national level as a member of the Society of Advocates moot court team. She received a CALI award for the highest grade in Lawyering Process II (Persuasive Legal Writing) and graduated in the top 15% of her class.
Ms. Fischer is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Minnesota. She has successfully litigated hundreds of civil matters. She has a proven track record at trial, and in 2018, Ms. Fischer was honored by the National Trial Lawyer’s Association as one of Nevada’s Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Attorneys.
Ms. Fischer has served as a contributing author to the Nevada Pattern Jury Instructions Chapter 15: Commercial Torts Instructions (2011), and the Nevada Civil Practice Manual Chapter 6: Defaults and Default Judgments (6th Edition).
In her free time, Ms. Fischer enjoys traveling with her family and exploring the outdoors.
